Flat Rate Repair
Most of our customers choose our two-tiered flat rate maintenance plan. Customers are given a major and minor flat rate price depending on the model being serviced. When the unit arrives, the level of repair is determined by our expert technicians. Customers with a large number of scanners go with a time and material-based plan because it is more specific to each repaired unit. Each scanner is individually inspected and then estimated for parts and labor on a case by case method. Repair is our specialty.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
This is our most popular repair plan. We offer contracts ranging from 1 to 5 years with many of our scanner models. Customers are billed once per year, and all parts and return shipping are covered except for heavy abuse. Any hardware sent for maintenance is repaired and returned immediately. This method reduces downtime by 50% because it eliminates back and forth with different estimates and invoices. This is also our most efficient repair plan because it allows us to perform repairs as quickly as possible.
